脉冲式滤筒除尘器的工作原理为:含尘气体进入过滤室,较粗颗粒直接落入接灰斗,灰尘气体经滤筒过滤,粉尘阳留干滤筒表面。净气经袋口到净气室、由风机排入大气。当滤筒表面的粉尘不断增加,导致设备阻力上升时,PLC 根据设定的时间参数、逐个开启脉冲阀，使压缩空气通过喷几对滤筒进行喷吹清灰，使滤筒表面的灰少受到反向冲击，在反向气流的作用下，附于简表面的粉尘讯速脱离滤筒落入接灰斗喷吹一次只需 0.1~ 0.2s,全部滤简喷吹清灰结束后,除尘器恢复正常工作。整机采用 PLC 自动控制,各参数易于调节,可实现无岗位工作，应用范围广泛适用于建材、水泥、机械、饲料、冶金、化工、电力、轻工行业的含尘气体的净化与粉尘物料的回收.
