智能配料系统包含脊性料配料系统和塑性料配料系统:
1.脊性料配料系统由多台喂料机组成，统一由控制系统智能控制喂料机里装有传感器，可将喂料机里原料的重量反馈给控制系统，控制系统通过控制喂料机输送带的转速来控制供给量;喂料机里分别装着不同的原料，可由中控系统实行简单的一键控制，只要将配方在控制丝端中输入，系统即可根据输入的数据自动控制各原料的添加量;控制系统里可储存多种配方，当需要更换配方时，只需在控制终端简单操作良可快速地按新配方进行配料。
2.塑性料配料系统:浆池的浆料通过柱塞泵计量控制输送至连续式球磨机
